Jesus, what is that? The plastic packaging diet? What happened to fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains? Aren't you Italian back somewhere:-)
Francine Hardaway
Leo is any that diet food Gluten Free??
Siouxmoux Riopel
Huh? .....Only two oranges? But seriously, hope this works for you and you feel fit as a fiddle. You can Do-it!
Paul
Leo, that looks disgusting. Still, I support your move toward healthy eating. Best of luck.
Jacob Nahin
Let me guess: after you start eating, you quickly lose your appetite & thereby lose weight. (Reminds of items I saw in my labs back in pharmacy school.)
krberger
I'm So Sorry, Leo.
Owen Davis
Actually it is Nu-Kitchen, looked it up at http://www.nu-kitchen.com/ The food looks amazing (maybe not in this photo) but it looks to be NYC only, Leo are you beta testing SF, or what?
Dusing
Should get you to Mars and back no problem
MIchael Matson
Leo's obviously on the cutting-edge of food. The problem with looking to the future too much is that at some point you're going to reach the apocalypse. I'm pretty sure these meals will have something to do with that.
Jacob Nahin
Wow checked up on the company and it sounds great for people who love to eat and loose weight naturally., Leo will you be snacking on them at the twit cottage?
Timothy Dillenberger
Leo just get a treadmill and cut out any fast food junk. I bet u will lose weight and fast
Oscar
Oh, those plastic containers have food in them, I thought they contained hard drives. Where you buy it, Frys.
Paul Blasman
damn Leo what the hell are you doing to yourself with that processed garbage. 4 words, Eat Less and Exercise
RichieRich46
The nutri-grain bar makes everything ok
codytag
+1 on what Francine Hardaway said...
Monty
Hmmm... Something I don't trust about getting meals shipped in tupperware and shrink wrap. Is that safe to eat?
fistonet
How did you get that in SF? Thats a long delivery from NYC.
Jim Kulpa
"Injection Molded Food" as a former roommate used to call it.
Thewellbalancedgeek
Is it for fat reduction or fitness improvement? I wish you the best, but all that pastic, what about your ecological and carbon footprimt. Maybe we should all just become hunter-gatherers?
aoconnornm
If you look closely at the package in the picture they are re-badged Nutrisystem meals.
Bryan Lee
Leo, that looks horrible. Wonder what the carbon footprint was to ship all that and make the plastic ending up in a landfill....
mylittlehadji
Leo, bad idea having your food mailed to you.... you can never end your diet! Learning what foods you should eat, and getting into the habit of finding them will keep you healthy for life! I help build a website that's a calorie counter with social accountability. You should try it out, even with your current diet. I know you can't resist a good beta! http://www.iChange.com

leo, that looks terrible! consider something easier and healthier and supported by science like http://www.paleodiet.com/ or http://www.thepaleodiet.com/. The pounds melt off without effort and you'll feel much better!
bruce_bohannan
leo, this is terrible! You should consider something that's more supported by science: http://www.thepaleodiet.com/ or http://www.paleodiet.com/. Easy to lose weight, no counting calories, you won't be hungry, and the pounds will melt off.
bruce_bohannan
This is a bad idea, man. You don't need a system. You need to eat real food. Find the time for Food, Inc., and In Defense of Food: An Eater's Manifesto by Michael Pollan, You can eat bread and potatoes and burgers and whatever you want, as long as it's real. No refined and enriched and processed foods and sugars. You don't need to cut out proteins, and you don't cut out carbs. You want and need to enjoy the food you're eating. You don't need an "eat less" mindset. Just eat food, and as a consequence of doing that, you'll find yourself eating less because real food fills you up faster, and keeps you full longer. And, because you're a busy guy, you should be mindful of your eating. Take time to really taste your food, and enjoy your meal.
Chris
What a waste of money. Loosing weight is easy! Cut out all bread products and potatoes. Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables. Dieting can be painful to start with but it shouldn't hurt your pockets!
