So it says (sumeed up because it's both verbose and lengthy): In preparation for the G8 meeting in Deauville in Normandy on May 26th-27th, Président Sarkozy is meeting with people whom he thinks bring a signifiant contribution to the Internet. That meeting will be held in Paris on May 24th-25th. Leo's obviously part of those signifiant people and is invited :)
