What did you take that with? iPwn?

SO sorry you have to deal with this. No-one should ever have to sit in the DMV. AAA couldn't take care of you?

Leo, with all of your listeners they didn't give you access to the celebrities-only DMV, with no waiting? Outrageous!

My sympathies. Are you getting a California whale-tale license plate for the new Mustang?
Drew Cantu
For a state that love's being green, you would think they make it so you could do it online.

I am experiencing the exact same thing here in Sydney, Australia...

It's a worldwide phenomenon!

Alex Hardy
Hey, that looks just like the line in Sacramento!
Beth
Only Charles Nelson Reilly has his own line at the DMV.

Whoa on the left there you got yourself a ghost sighting

So glad I live in Missouri (don't get to say that often.) Private companies run the licensing offices for tags and driver license/ID printing. One near me is open arounf 7 or 8 am to 7pm weekdays and around 8 to 2 Saturdays. You pay a small fee (no more state-run offices in MO) but they have XM playing, TV, and are quick. One of only a couple of areas that works well with privatization. Waiting means you leave and go to a competing office or one ran by a city govt.

heh, is it vanity plates? Next you'll get a set of those hanging brass (redacted) for the back bumper. Heehee

Nicer than our DMV. What'd you use to take the panoramic pic? Was it a Droid app?

Hey, I didn't know you could have chairs at the DMV.

Hey, I spent 2 hrs at our equivalent of DMV in johannesburg today as well. I feel your pain! There has to be a better way,
Mike
Leo, couldn't you do that online? I did it just a couple weeks ago.

Think he's mentioned before that he's getting the license plate TWiT :) we don't have a DMV in the UK just bunches in with the post office and gets sent to and office in Wales to sift through. Hence why if we don't carry it in the car we have 7 days to present it at a police station. Although we also don't have the luxury of getting anything on a plate. Has to follow the naming invention!

Who is the creep to the left ? Look at him eyeing that camera

I haven't been to the DMV for years because the AAA is so great. I guess that's what happens when you want to change your photo, your cute one in the rain gear.

Ahhh, the DMV. A perfect example of how good our government is at customer service. Its places like the DMV and the social security office that instill faith that we'll like the government run health care system.

As in the case of most bureaucracies, the DMVs perform no better than 1. the commitment of the management and their employees to make the entity work for the people served, and 2. the flexibility of the organizational policies to allow minor, but acceptable "wiggle room" for its employees to use discretionary judgment in deviating from strict, robotic policy observance that may not be necessary or applicable in every instance! As the interface between the organization and the community, employees that interface with the public are usually in a critical position that may determine successful achievement of organizational goals in serving the public!

I hope that the owner of this site reads this post, it will (or should) literally blow your mind.

Follow this link to a conspiracy website (Above Top Secret - ATS), read the post and watch the video.

Long story short - Leoville has been tagged as a potentially subversive website by the government.

Be aware, and be advised..................
