Yea that's great. Sounds really clean and was obviously easy to pull off.

This one is a keeper.

It is very interesting to hear you compare the final audio file qualities of each of these services. Please post what you think of the Posterous audio. I have started using the service as well.
Adam Helweh
Agreed, excellent sound.
deanhuber
Yeah sounds great.. and it seemed simple enough.. specially in china. You just want it to be quick and simple.. and its nice and clean.. And sounds perfect for that.

What a great use of the built-in iPhone voice memo & posterous. Very cool!
technorogue3825
The audio quality is excellent on all three apps. I like AudioBoo best so far because its creates an RSS feed and iTunes links.
Justin Luey
Sounds good to me. 44.1 / 137kbit is really nuts for voice!
Twirrim
Honestly couldn't tell the difference between this and the TweetMic recording. If you're already using Posterous for images & video, it seems like a good choice to post audio here as well.
andreslucero
Sounds good to me.
pangotek
sounds good, have fun in China

Found on the Posterous help page:
"Instant audio podcast using Posterous -
Your RSS feed at http://yournamehere.posterous.com/rss doubles as an iTunes-ready podcast feed. Just attach an mp3 to an email and you're good to go. Link to itpc://yournamehere.posterous.com/rss and let your friends subscribe in iTunes directly."

Sounds great Leo. What will these crazy kids think of next?

I thought it was pronounced pahsterous... shows how much I know.

Audio blog testsounds very very nice Leo

Sounds great! Never heard of posterous before I saw this on twitter. Good stuff indeed!

Spectacular sound quality Leo. I just came back from Shanghai. Watch out for space-suited temperature checkers. Might be stuck at gate for up an hour or more after you land.
marrow
Great quality, can't wait to hear and see the China reports.

exclusive first listen to Paul Dempsey's brand new tune 'Ramona Was A Waitress', from his debut solo http://technoist.com/robots-in-popular-music-paul-dempsey-teams-up

I agree. Great sound quality.

Sounds great, Leo--you're giving me lots of ideas for Comic-Con next month! Hope you and Henry have a great trip!

Cool! What next?

sound amazing.

couldn't get to it using my Blackberry. Seems like most non-iphone mobile access is ignored by these sites.

Sound great! At Posterous, we've thrilled that the built in audio recorder and camera apps in the iPhone work so well with our service. There's really no need for a dedicated app.

These audio files you send us (and video too!) are also playable on iphones in safari.

And if anyone subscribes to this rss feed in itunes, it works as a podcast.

Simple podcasting from your iPhone with nothing to install. Perfect!

Sachin Agarwal: looks like your audio player doesn't function within Twitter iPhone clients. I'm using Twitterrific and TweetDeck.
Daniel Williams
hey Leo! Good stuff as usual...
For audio microblogging (as well as text, images and video) have you looked at www.cellspin.net? Great little app that runs on my Centro (works on iphone too) to post to various social media sites simultaneously!
Perfect for your China trip...
coosbaytv
Daniel, it's up to each Twitter client to support playback of Posterous media within the app. We've provided all the hooks on our end for this, and some apps already support it.

We hope Tweetdeck and the others do soon as well! Thanks

Sachin Agarwal
You sound great Leo, have fun in China!
Daniel Nguyen
Leo, years of radio and TV have developed your voice to the point that you even sound great using just the iPhone mic.
Christopher Johnston
That worked great! Thanks for the great idea. I think I am going to start doing that also. ; )
Mike Grace
wow, great sound! Thanks to you Leo, I also downloaded AutoStitch app and I am enjoying it very much!
Samir Kodsi
Wow, audio to posterous is awesome!
Daynah
Awesome Leo. Thanks for trying new things. Going to check out AudioBoo as well.
Terry Loftus
Very good quality on my PC
Gary Norton
Really great quality - podcasting on the run. I have to say it's better than my Blackberry that I have used to try posting to my Posterous blog.
